Maritimes Portfolio 16 GmbH & Co. KG hat ihren Sitz in 20457
Hamburg und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht
Hamburg (Registernummer: HRA 116091).<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die
Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2024
wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der
Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) für
kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Von den größenabhängigen
Erleichterungen wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Der
Abschluss umfasst die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und
den Anhang (einschließlich Anlagenspiegel und
Verbindlichkeitenspiegel). Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde
nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren)
aufgestellt.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Im Interesse
einer besseren Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit werden die nach den
gesetzlichen Vorschriften bei den Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn-
und Verlustrechnung anzubringenden Vermerke ebenso wie die
Vermerke, die wahlweise in der Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und
Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang anzubringen sind, insgesamt im
Anhang aufgeführt.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;"><b style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Bilanzierungs- und
Bewertungsmethoden</b><br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Für die
Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses sind die nachfolgenden, im
Wesentlichen gegenüber dem Vorjahr unveränderten Bilanzierungs- und
Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend:<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die
Bewertungen erfolgten unter dem Aspekt der Fortführung des
Betriebes (going-concern-concept).<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Der
Ansatz des Finanzanlagevermögens erfolgt bei Anteilen zu
Anschaffungskosten (bei Beteiligungen an Personengesellschaften
unter Beachtung des IDW RS HFA 18) abzüglich außerplanmäßiger
Abschreibungen aus den Vorjahren.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die
sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennbetrag
angesetzt.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die
Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennbetrag
angesetzt.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Das
Kommanditkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt EUR
1.500.000,00.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die
Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und
ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in der Höhe des nach
vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen
Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Die
Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag

Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2020
wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der
Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) für
kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Von den größenabhängigen
Erleichterungen wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.<br style="font-family: Verdana, "Arial Unicode MS"; line-height: 1.6;">Der
Abschluss umfasst die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und
den Anhang (einschließlich Anlagenspiegel und
Verbindlichkeitenspiegel). Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde
nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren)
